Rebase Building did a great job for us. We hired them originally to replace part of a kitchen floor that was showing water damage but mold was discovered and the whole kitchen had to be demolished and replaced - and as quickly as possible because we have tenants in the house. It was very stressful and bewildering for us but Eugene simply scaled up and handled it calmly and smoothly like the professional he is. Everything Rebase Building did was on time, on budget and with great attention to detail. As our tenant (an architect) said to me, "Eugene cares". He does, and it shows in his work. Needless to say, we are very pleased with the end result and recommend Rebase highly.

Best contractor I've ever worked with!!! Our new go-to for all things home repair. Our new home had leaks/flooding from the NYE rains in San Francisco. We needed new flooring and walls in one room, bathroom rebuilt/retiled, and a new ceiling in another room. We received quotes from a number of contractors; most of them quoted us a crazy high number with no breakdown to back it up. Rebase gave us a very reasonable quote with a full write-up of the details and how much everything costs. They were able to start work earlier than agreed and would have finished earlier if all the parts had arrived on time. Eugene runs a very tight ship with every detail that we agreed to laid out in a checklist for everyone to adhere to. He communicated very well throughout the process and even went above and beyond to help us diagnose and fix other issues that arose. I cannot overstate how wonderful it was to work with a contractor so organized and transparent like Rebase!

I hired Eugene to add a closet to a room in my house. He did a wonderful job. The closet turned out really nice. He has a good attention to detail, does good quality work, communicates well, completed the project on time and left the place clean. Everything you would want in a contractor. I'll definitely hire him again for any future work I need done.

Professional. Efficient & Reliable. Eugene helped us with our house remodel but we retained him way after in order to get the other things done. He is knowledgeable, FAST, very responsive and works very clean. I can not recommend him enough. He has helped us finally enjoy our house remodel l. He helped us with EVERYTHING. No job too big or too small. We ended up using him for multiple projects. He has helped from beginning to end. His knowledge helped us to diagnose a lot of problems & fix it In a speedy & efficient manner. He is also very honest and easy to deal with. I cant recommend him highly enough.
